22re swap

hey i have been thinking about doing a 22re swap and was wandering if anyone had pictures of them doing the swap. Also do you need to change transmission and t-case?? Im pretty sure i have to...

Are you talking about pulling the 3.0 for a 22re?

Then yes. tranny and tcase must be changed (unless you find a bell housing off a R151f). Along with all the wiring, computer and exhaust. And if you have a SR5 gauge cluster with a tac, your either going to have to make it accept a 4cly signal or swap that out too.

Hey did you manage to get the 22re in? if so did you figure out the Wiring harness? I cannot figure it out!
