265/65/17 or 265/70/17

Ok, so im getting ready to switch wheels and I am trying to decide on which tire size to go with? What I am really worried about is if the bigger size is going to rub? I know some of you guys have the bigger size and wanted to know if you have had any problems or regret going up a size? Basically, I'm talking about an inch difference 30.6 inches to 31.6.

You'll be fine, there's a 5% chance the front will contact the front mud flaps (if you have them) when turning and compressing, but literally 10 seconds with a hack saw blade will fix that.
And just like the ladies say, bigger is better!
