265/70/17 Nitto Terra Grapplers Question

I'm planning on getting 265/70/17 Nitto Terra Grapplers this coming weekend after my birthday. I don't have a lift yet, and the guys at America Tire Co. say that they won't rub, but I just want to make sure.

Will that size rub at all with stock height? Also, when I get a 5th one later on to keep as a spare, will that size fit under my truck fine?

I've read via other forums that people have not been able to get the spares to fit... it takes some modification to do it.

As far as the rub goes, i have no idea.

If you end up buying them i'd love to see some pics and a good review though!

If it rubs, it wont rub much. In all the reading, I have heard of only one person with rubbing.

I have 265-70's (snow tires) no issues, and several people run Revos and BFG AT KO's in that size no problems in daily driving.

I am going to order a 1" leveling kit from Jason B some time next week so if it does rub, it should only be for a few weeks until the spacer comes.

With my runner leveled out, and with more aggressive tires, I hope it will look a lot nicer. I don't want to mess with my dealership too much yet with a 2"/1" lift since my truck is barely over 3 months old. Maybe further down the line when my warranty is close to done.
