265 70 R17 and old spare

If you are running 265 70R17's and still have a spare that is 265 65 R17 is there any issue if you had to use the spare and possible damage to the differential that is using now 2 different tire sizes? or the gearing? I plan to replace my spare also, but haven't done it yet.

There would be if it was either on the drive axel (rear) or used with full-time AWD. Otherwise ok to hobble to get other fixed.

no, mine is part time 4 wheel drive, so it was in 2wd, but it was the rear driver side tire that i was running it on
