275/70/17.. Who runs these on stock rims.

I am also looking at tires and some Bilstiens in the near future. Who might have a photo of a rig with this tire and how much did it affect your mileage and performance? SR5 with 275/70/17 and just the leveling of the shocks is all the lift I really want. Thanks!

I have a 2016 SR5 4runner
i plan to run Fox 2.5 in the front with 3" lift and Fox 2.0 with a 2" lift in the back.
I have been looking at tire options using my stock 17"x7" rim but am having a hard time.
I don't want to have to run a wheel spacer, thinking with 275/70/17 i won't have to.

Any input?

running on stock 17s on my SR5 2014 installed on Dec 26 BFG KO2 275/70/17 no mods. no rubbing I don't see noticeable decrease on MPG

i'm not believing anyone who says no mpg change, i got almost 1mpg difference with c-range 265 KO2s

Unless you drive like a grandma, you will lose about .5 to 1mpg going to 275 E load range

I lost just under 2 MPG when I added 275 BFG KO2s, but I drive nearly 100% city miles. Without a lift, there was rubbing on the front driver's side, which was mostly mitigated by trimming the fender liner, but not completely remedied. The lift negated all rubbing.

Hey guys, first time posting I’m about to install Rancho quicklift struts and rear shocks with the recommended rear spacer. Just wanting to get input of possible tire size? If I would need diff drop kit? Sway bar drop kit and so on. I’ve been doing a lot of research and I think 275/70/17 on stock rims will fill without trimming. But not 100% sure if that’s true. Oh how about upper control arms, would I need to replace those as well?

I said "no noticeable drop in MPG's" because 0.5~2mpg can be attributed to driving conditions, load, and traffic, those numbers are negligible because of those factors, now if it's a control environment maybe we can actually get a definite answer.

275/70/17 Grabber ATX

I've been lurking the forum for awhile, but haven't really stumbled on my exact situation.

I have a 2012 limited 4runner with Bilstein 5100s on all four corners. The front is set at 1.75 and the rears have a 1 inch cornfed spacers.

I would like to swap the 20inch Limited wheels for TRD Pro Sema wheels and am considering 275/70/17 Grabber ATX tires.

Does anyone have a 2010-2013 with a similar set up? How much rubbing am i looking at?
