275.75/17 On FJ steelies

I have a spacer lift and wanted to see what you guys think... Will these fit? Everything I researched pulled up 275/70/17 so not relevant. Plus the FJ steel wheels have more back spacing so that should help clear the upper control arm. But is this still going to rub bad?

From the FAQ thread it looks like they will fit with trimming. But does anyone have any experience with this size tire and a wheel with a little back spacing?

What's the offset on the steel rim?

Closest I could find was this guy with 32s. http://www.toyota-4runner.org/4th-gen-t4rs/125430-my-mod-thread-07-towing-long-distance-travel.html I'm guessing you'll need to trim and possibly cut the mount since what you want is bigger than the 305/65 and you don't have the full 3/2 or a body lift.

You're gonna need some work.

Yeah I don't mind trimming the front bumper corner but I really don't want to trim the body mount...

I thought this would be a more common tires since I think they came stock not the JK Rubicon.

I can't find a single tire available in this size.... Could you provide some links? I thought that rubicon tires were 255s

The rubicon tires are 255/75 BFG KMs. I have some on my truck right now. Is that what you meant, OP?

Oh brother.... I just checked with the seller and they are 255/75/17s... what a mess. I am very sorry for wasting everyones time!

255/75/17 should fit without trimming right? Thats less than and 1.5" bigger than stock.

Yeah, they'll fit no problem. Will look a lot like the SRP runner in the link I posted earlier.

I know this doesn't help now but I have a spacer lift and 285s, trimming is necessary
