27F battery for '06 4WD 6-cyl?

I'm looking to replace my 24F battery with the bigger 27F. Will a 27F fit in my 6-cyl '06 without modifications? Any downside besides the extra weight?

No problems when I did it to my old '08.

Yep, drop in with factory clamp and everything in my '05 V6.
