285/60/18 no lift?

I have a 2008 sr5. I want to put 285/60/18 cooper zeon ltz tires on. rims have a 4.5 backspacing. Not sure if they will fit without a lift. Does anyone have this size tire? Thanks

truck will spend 90% of the time on pavement. mostly for looks

Plan on doing some trimming of the fender liner to the front of the tire and the mud flap to the rear of the tire. You'll rub both areas while turning. Also some slight rubbing of the body mount while turning and stuffed. I had to that with a 3 1/2" lift. The wheel was: American Racing ATX Artillery 18x9, 4.5 BS, -12 offset. BTW, the Cooper Zeon LTZ is a very capable tire on-road and off-road.
