285's on a 2/1.5 spacer lift picture

No...that was before the spacers and light bar. I got the spacers to get a wider stance...looks better to me. Search for my defiant bar post and you will see my ride with spacers or check my album pics on my profile!

OK thanks. I was thinking of doing the 2F/1.5R spacer lift and getting the same tire size. Just wanted to make sure I didn't need the width spacers as well.

Yes...actually less rubbing without the spacers. When you widen the stance it rubs the inner fender a little more, so I had to do some very minor trimming!

Hey ted are your wheels 17x7 or 17x7.5 i wanna install 285s but the minium requirement is 17x7.5 and if yours are 17x7 like mine, and you have had no problems with it i wanna keep my stock wheels?

This is via Harper7: 7 inches wide with a backspacing of 4.5 inches - have the stock SR5 wheels.

Hey Tedstryker, are you still running the 2/1.5 Toytec lift after all this time? Your lift is exactly what i've been looking for, mostly because i'm going to hang tight with my 265/70/17s for right now. I've researched the 2.5/1.5 a fair bit but I like the look of yours better. How about a quick long-term ride report? Any issues with the lift or ride other than the little stiffness which is to be expected? Thanks.
