Already posted this on the 120 but thought some of the non 120 members might be interested

found this on ebay and thought it was insteresting. im thinking of doing it for my rears because my 2 front windows are already 20%

it is pre cut for every window of your vehicle, in this case 03-06 4runners except for windshield and sunroof.

only 30 bucks, and the best part is its pre cut and fits perfectly. thought some of yall do it yourselfers and ppl that like to save money by doing it themselves would be interested in it

you have the choice of 50%, 35%, 20%, and 5%. and you can specify different percentages for different windows for ex. if you want front 2 20% and rear 5%.

If I were you I'd leave it to the professionals. Stuff like this looks easy, but if you dont know what you're doing you'll end up wasting your money.

That stuff is super thin and not to par quality. I tint cars on the side and I've dealt with many types of film. There's no way that film can be heat shrunk for the rear roll up window. Although if you are looking for a fun project I say go for it, may be frustrating for some!

I've never been able to successfully tint my windows. They've always turned out looking like complete crap. It's not rocket science, but it sure takes some skill, tools, and experience.

well dang the listing dissapeared. oh well, i was thinking about trying it but my friend was like, "if you want to go for the purple and super bubbled look go for it." so i think im going ot pass, and just get the same shop that did my front windows to do the rear. also thinking about the front windshield like autbond for the super stealth look

autbond do you think doing 30 like you did for the front windshield would be too much? i plan on putting 15% over the stock rear, i already have 20% on the 2 front windows. i want it to actually be tinted and ppl not be able to see in thru the windshield but i want it to go with the rest of the tint and to be visible looking out.
