2nd gen 95 Frozen Popsicle

I HAVE A 1995 Toyota 4runner. the blower motor does not come on. I hooked it up directly to the battery, it was working. Next I checked the switch. It was in good working order. I measured the low voltage, coming into the switch and also around 6 volts that goes into the blower with the resistor unplugged. I measured the ohm resistance on the big ceramic resistor. no open values.
Please, please, or can you get help for me, Ive been freezizing my but off out side (OREGON) trying to fix my wife`s work rig. The local shop wont touch it. My wifes gonna kill me soon.:sadwave:

Quick fix it with a bypass switch. Then when winter is over fix it correctly.
