2nd gen body removal..help!

Hey guys I'm buying a 93 4runner tomorrow with some pretty bad quarter panel damage on the drivers rear side. I figure I'll find a replacement at the local u pull it and slap it on. What does removing a that existing panel involve?

Post some pics and we'll see what it needs. Most likely you'll have to cut the bad steel off and use your auto body experience to weld a new piece in. Pics will help.

You're going to pull the whole panel?

Username Slacker has a couple threads showing the details, but basically you're going to separate several bonded pinch seams and do a little cutting at the b pillar and at the taillights.
