2nd gen BRAKES PROBLEM.. oo...

Guys, has anyone of you had this problem with your 4R:

It snowed and rained yesterday and I noticed that as soon as I drive out of garage and first 10-20 minutes after that if I push brakes on a slippery surface, then let go off brakes my left rear tire still drags locked.

I am beginning to feel a little sketchy as it is going to snow harder soon.

I'd be thankful if you could suggest anything or if you could just share if you had a similar problem.

Your brakes might be freezing to the drum.

No, I don't use parking brakes. I've learned that lesson..
