Hello everyone! It seems like this place is very helpful so I figured I would turn here for your help.

I have a '94 Toyota 4Runner that I will be putting an Alpine CD-Player in. I will be helped by some of my friends who have done this several other times.

I was just wondering if someone can walk me through how to get to the CD-Player? I will be taking out the glove box and steering column cover to replace the stock speakers, so where do I go from there?

Please help! Thank you!

You need to take the grey plastic off under the steering wheel/and ash tray/lighter(screws and such) then you can pop the black plastic that surrounds the ignition and radio /heater off.

it's not hard just take your time and don't force anything off if it does not come off easy there must be a screw hiding somewhere.

once you have the grey and black plastic off you just unscrew the radio IIRC 4 screws and unplug the harness and pull the old radio out.

Too take the radio out IIRC it took about 45min taking my time as not to scratch or crack anything.
