2nd Gen Factory Spare Tire Swing out mount

I got a smoking deal on a factory swing out spare tire mount from a friend.
I know these originally were only mounted on 90-91 4Runners and the body had some additional metal for the mount. I have a way to add some reinforcement for the swing out mount.

My question is- can someone that has this mount on their 4runner take a measure from the left side of the tailgate to the edge of the tailgate mount?
Looking to get it in the general area, trying to hold the swing mount and the tail gate mount by yourself is a pain

Not sure it was a rare item, just in the PNW when you found them people wanted more than I was willing to pay

Interesting that part of the market would see it but not others.
I wonder if it had to deal with the mounting points in the sheet metal being a possible source for corrosion.

The upper is right at 19 7/16
Lower is a C hair over 19 1/2
