2nd Gen How to secure door window to lower track?

I have a 1993 and the rear passenger door window, electric, will not stay secured in the track anymore. I took the door apart and the bottom rubber is a bit old.

Is there a trick or method to ensure that the bottom window glass is tightly secured to the track that pushes it up and down?

As of now, no matter what I do, when I roll the window down, the track becomes separated from the glass, and then the glass falls down into the door and I have to slide it up by hand.

Hello, since you mentioned that the bottom rubber is old, it might be causing the window to not stay in place properly. Check for any wear or damage to the rubber weatherstripping that helps hold the window in place. In cases where the window is not staying in place due to a loose fit, you can apply a small amount of window adhesive or silicone to the track where the glass sits
