My new 1995 4runner. Already replaced the broken turn signal. Gonna leave the lower bumper off. Already had the 3.0 and transmission bust up on me. It's only a cool 244,500 miles on it. Gotta do a swap or motor replacement most likely. Just thought I'd share. Last owner replaced the fenders. Think I'm gonna do all matte black.

Currently needs some love. Needs a clutch (I'm so lost!), needs a mysterious coolant leak found, new boots, possibly a new suspension, and wish I could find the lower bumper kinda screwed it up one winter. Also, the moonroof/sunroof broke. sigh...

2nd Gen (91) 4Runner

Hey folks. New to the forum. I'm in the process of rebuilding a 2nd Gen 4runner.

Going to drop a detailed post when I figure out which thread to put it in.

So far have rebuilt the engine, replaced clutch / pressure plate / flywheel, rebuilt front wheel hubs, and have done some other random things - changed all fluids, dropped fuel tank and rinsed it out. Waiting on some injectors to get shipped in and then will be ready to get wiring sorted out and hopefully fire up the engine for the first time.
