Alaska Glacier 4Runner '95 - New to T4R

2nd forum I've ever joined. Smoking meats & T4R!

I always wanted to go to AK to fish and explore. I made the leap and needed a vehicle. I got lucky and found a '95 4runner just off the ferry from down south - rust free. 269k miles.

2 years in, running great, fixed a window regulator, flushed the radiator, basic maintenance stuff.

I do have some questions on a few things that I'll post later but I do have a pressing one that is probably an easy fix because it appears to just be a coolant leak at a hose clamp once the engine is hot and running.

I think I located the hose on an engine diagram but what do you guys think? It's a bit difficult to access. Should I just try to replace the hose and clamp?

It doesn't overheat, but when I run it for 15 min or so, it's hot and pressured, that leak comes out pretty strong.. and I lose a significant amount of coolant.

My 4Runner has helped me fill my freezer full of halibut and salmon and I can't let this leak hold her back.

I made some room to get a better view and decided I need to replace that hose. I'll probably get some flak but I added some zip ties to the hose for the time being..

Does anyone know what that hose does? Or, what that hose part number would be? It looks to be about 12'' long but I'd have to take it out to see. Thanks!
