2nd Gen T4R Pinion after lift

So I've been doing a lot of research on the different lifts guys are doing. Has anyone had any pinion problems after doing lifts without extended upper control arms? I just had my 94 4runner's 3rd member rebuild and really don't want to screw it up.
With a stock saggy rear I am sitting 10 7/8" from top of rim to rear fender. And I think this sag is effecting the pinion so I need to make some changes asap!

I've noticed a very mild increase in NHV after installing the OME (Medium Duty) springs in my '93. It's very mild and only noticeable at low speeds - want to say 15mph give or take. I don't daily drive the vehicle..

I think I'm going to fab up new upper control arms at some point to correct any pinion angle deficiencies. I need to get under there and take some measurements first however..\

Are you talking about front or rear? For the front the drive line and pinion don't move only the rear
