2nd Gen Toyota Brush Guard Install

Whats up guys. I have a 95 runner Sr5 and recently picked up a Toyota brush guard for it. Now there are 4 mounting points; two go under the truck and are easy to figure out. The other two are small arms that come off the middle of the bush guard and line up with with the chrome bumper close to where the license plate is located. I cant imagine Toyota wants me to drill into my bumper...? Has anyone mounted one of these before or does abyone have one that they could send me pictures of?

This is how my brush guard is bolted onto my 95. The bolts go right into the license plate holder and aren't too heavy duty.
