2nd Generation - Roof rack

I work out of my 4Runner. I need to carry a 32 foot ladder every day.
The factory bows are not strong enough for daily use and I am in the market for a better system, or at least upgraded bars.

Anyone have a rack and want to share photos and suggestions?

Yakima made a mount that used the factory roof tracks, & Yak crossbars, they are OOP, but you can find them on CL Ebay, ect.
The bars are strong enuf to haul 8 6x6x10 PT timbers on top of my Landcrusher, so that ladder will be no problem!
