2nd generation T4R Suspension Heelp!

Hey i need some help...i ordered ironman suspension kit and i have a set of 1 inch coils spacers that i wanted to put too ...my question is will crackin the torsion bars an extra inch beacuse of the spacer affect my suspension components too bad ? the reason i want to put the spacers is because i want to fit 33s on my rig...i will apreciate your assitance ...

If you are planning on messing w/ the torsion bolts you may want to go ahead and pick up a set of bolts and nuts. They are prone to breaking especially if they have been on the vehicle for 15+ years. Some will and some won't. You can get the balljoint spacers fairly cheap off ebay to lift the front up. Dont really need to lift to install the 33's. Just got to trim the lower valence a little so the tires will not rub when you are turning. Thats all I did to mine til I put the lift on. PO had lifted mine up by the torsion and when I was bringing it back down they snapped on me and had to buy them from Toyota and was not cheap but I had to have them then not in 3-4 days

Thanks for your reply ...just to clarify i will install ironman torsion bars, shocks, coil springs and steerin damper ...besides this i have coil spring spacers that i want to put ...the ironman kit lifts my car 1.5" so i guess this aftermarket bars are made for 1.5 lift so i need 1 more inch because of the spacers ...my question is will it be better to gain this inch with the Tbar or with bjspacers?? what are the pros and cons...

About the bolts and nut you recommend me to change where are they located in this Diagram?

if u crank the tbars for that extra inch ur gonna be stiff as heck up front id do bj spacers since u will have everything apart in changing tbars just keep in mind the more u lift front the worse ur cv angle will be not to mention tie rod ends will be at an xtreme angle unless u do pitman arm drop and front axle drop . i did the 2in coil from ome on rear with 1.5 bj spacer on front i can easily fit 33 12.5 on my 4runner

i will follow your advice and will order some bjspacers as soon as i get the money...i will be ridin the extra inch with Tbars until i get them...i will also post some pics so u guys can see the final product =)

thnks for the info purevenom ...i will order them...another question ... besides suspension components on kit (coil spring,shocks, tbars,and sterring damper) what other suspension components will you guys advice me to change ? ooh i changed recently pitman arm and indler arm...thanx for the assistance!
