2nd motor swapping

hello fellow 4runner lovers. i need help. please.

i currently own a 1995 3.0 5spd 4x4. and its now looking pretty with a completely smashed front end. front crossmember was destroyed even. ended up being all rusted out and filled with foam so it didnt fall out. UBER lame. anyways just found a 94 3.0 auto 2wd thats just in awesome shape. barely any rust on it, and the front end is all together!

what kind of problems am i gonna run into when i swap the motor from the 5spd to the auto trans? the body ended up being in really good shape, especially for a hawaii car. thanks!

well the torque converter will have to pulled off and the flywheel swapped to the clutch type, but other then that i cant think of any issues. if you have both vehicles the swap should be really simple (time consuming) but simple.

ahhh sry havent posted back. hands have been too dirty to touch the comp! lluckily i have both trucks right next to each other, so were setting it up where bad motor goes into the back of smashed truck, and new truck gets running motor all in one crack. ive been debating on just doing the whole 5 spd swap right now, since i know the 5spd trans is a good trans. we havent seen the auto in action yet. but im a lazy ass. with no money. haven run into problems in the teardown yet, but ill be posting soon for sure
