3.0 3VZE Motor...

Hi, I am looking for a good running 3.0 3VZE motor for my 1992 toyota 4runner near to Jacksonville, FL... I don't wanna spend a TON on a motor, I am just looking for one that runs good,so I can pull mine out and replace it... it has a rod knock I think, and it's just annoying... it's slowly getting worse, so I figured I will start looking for a new motor... well, new to me... any help with this would be greatly appreaciated!!!

there are a ton of low miles (like less than 50k) imports from japan on Ebay all the time for around $800 - $1200. This depends on miles, and short or long block.
