Hello my fellow humans.
I've recently acquired a rotted out 87 4runner. I redid the motor while thinking of a plan for the frame and the rusted out rear quarter pannels. My pockets are not as deep as one would like so I turned to Craigslist looking for another pop top, instead i found a 1990 3.0 auto that's damn near in perfect condition for three hundred fiddy dollars!!
Daddy needs a 4 door anyways.
I'm wondering if anybody has any helpful information pertaining to this swap. I know I know... Just 3.4 it. But I'm working with what I got on hand.
The motor and tranny werent in the 3.0 and neither is the brake booster but from i can tell everything else is there. The 22re is complete and running. I just want to put all the RE stuff and put in the 90's and still use the 90's dash and amenities.
