3.0 spun bearing. engine options?

i was told my 95 v6 spun a bearing and i just wanted to know if i had options as far as the new power plant. i'm not really looking for an extreme conversion, but more of a low cost, more power option.
any help is appreciated!

Low cost and 3.0 do not correlate in the same sentence. I spent nearly 2400 rebuilding my 2.4 Now I drive this daily and park the runner except for the occasional time waster...

Seriously though don't expect to pull off a rebuild for less then 2500 And if you do not have a clue as to what you are doing pay someone else.. Or expect to pay not only for your attempt at repairing but also for the professional to do the job as well.

I personally suggest plan b Find another runner and swap what you want over.
