3.0 to 3.4 supercharged

so my 94' 3.0 automatic has 212k on it and i feel its time to upgrade and with that i need advice from my fellow enthusiasts... what do you guys think should i just tear out that wore out 3 slow and drop a 3.4 (perferably with a supercharger) or should i rebuild it and do some mod work while its in pieces which would be cheaper? and which would be worth it???

As much as I love the 3.0, its really not worth doing any mods to. However, id ditch that auto either way and put in a 5 speed.

A 3.4 with a super charger would be bad arse. :driving:

yeah i was driving to work the other morning and a second gen runner same color as mine but he had a 4in lift and 33s so pull up along side him to check it out but as i do the light turns green and this dude takes off it was literally like i was standing still so yeah i talked to him at the next light and he said he did the 3.4 supercharged swap and it was pretty easy so i kinda wanted to see what others thought about it and possably do it once i get the cash together

I would swap the 3.4, dollar for dollar you just cant mod a 3.0 to come even close to a SC 3.4.

the 3.4L swap .. is "fairly" easy .. you just need to know what your doing .. DO your Resurch !!
I would never go with the 3.0 .. just my 2c

I did one in my trekker , and I'm glad I did
