What are my options for modifications for this motor?

Is there any superchargers for the 3.0 v6?

Wha twould the best motor to swap in?

As it is it has 314,000kms on it.And leaks oil from what
i think to be the pan gasket hopefully not the rear seal.

I have a set of headers and all access to a machine shop.
Plus a spare motor.

What direction should i take? Let me know your opinions.

If you're looking for power, swap that motor out. It's not a powerful motor and several thousand dollars worth of mods won't even do much good. A 3.4 swap would be your best bet.

Where could i find info on a 3.4 swap?

you can supercharge those too, cant you?

Yes. There are 3.4 supercharger kits available. The 3.4 comes from 3gen 4Runners and Tacomas. It's a good step up from the 3.0 and bolt on supercharger kits are available.

Ya what is involved in the swap. We need to find a web site for this.
I'am pretty interested. I would like my truck to be able to haul a car trailer. Its pretty tired motor and can barely haul its on ass at times.

I would think the best bet would be to get a write off.

Whats the engine code?
