was looking around online and have been seeing some 1/2 model looking 4th gens

That rear bumper looks correct for a pre 06 model. Those led tail lights don't look factory. Maybe someone did a motor swap

Considering the vehicle is in Pakistan it doesn't surprise me it has the 3.4L motor.

Wow an 03 with 4k miles on the OD. Under $400 miles a year. Must not do a lot of driving in Pakastan. Wish we could get some of those over here, even with the 3.4.

if you look at it closely its not the 03-05 bumpers,fenders, or door plastic trim. its an 06+ with rear bumper reflectors

some countries require rear fog lamps. USDM does not, thus 06+ does not have them

Did anyone else notice that the Toyota stock nav unit had a MiniDisc built in as well?
