3/4" clear hose inside driver rear fender. What is it?

The hose is approximately 3/4" OD and is a clear silicone hose. Runs down from somewhere (maybe the c pillar?) into the inside of the driver rear wheel well and goes towards the rear of the vehicle. Anyone know what this hose is for?

This is on a GX470 but I assume 4runners have them also. Anyone who has taken apart the inside interior around the rear driver wheel well area would maybe have seen it.

Maybe someone else can verify this but I think it's the rear drain/s for the sunroof.
