3.4 Manual Acceleration.....

278K; short of it, I shift to any gear and gently accelerating I'm good; foot hammered on gas and all of a sudden I get stumbles. Power is herky jerky and then at the high end of the RPM it picks back up.

Injectors were replaced by PO, other than that a tune up and belts were done.

Any idea what could be causing this?! Thanks.

Replace plugs and wires. I think that's likely your problem. Maybe not, but a high probability.

*ETA: Use double ground plugs, platinum if possible.

Does a CEL come on with a misfire code? This could help narrow it down to a specific cylinder. I've experienced issues like this where once it was a fuel injector (cyl #2), another time it was happening after rain and turned out to be a poorly seated plug wire. If I had to take a guess, I suspect something to do with plug wires or coils. If it hasn't been done in the past few years, fresh double-electrode NGK plugs and fresh plug wires (I recommend OEM, they're only $60 on Amazon Prime) are a good maintenance item to take care of anyways.

Fuel filter, TPS, clean MAF, plugs/wires.

It's a manual, so you should be pulling wheelies like me when you put your foot in the radiator.
