3.4L Fuel pressure specs.

I'm trying to do a fuel pres. test on my 99 T4R but have no clue what is the factory spec. at idle or WOT,i'm sure some of you know this just want to eliminate this as a possible problem with my rig. I'm at 45 psi at idle and didn't see much change while doing a WOT. Thanks in advance.

FSM says 38-44 psi with ignition on, 33-38 psi at idle, and 38-44 psi with the vacuum sensing hose to the regulator disconnected. For the 5vze anyway.

Does anyone know the name of the component that you must remove the bolt from to test fuel pressure on a 4runner? It runs underneath the intake manifold.

Fuel rail, banjo bolt maybe?
