3 gen roof rack question

New to the site have gotten a lot of answers off this forum but I can't find much info on this my runner has plastic strips running from the back to the front on both sides with 5 holes that mount those strips the the roof Im looking for I believe they are called the cross slat bar is what the dealership told me I'm totally lost all I want to do is be able to mount the rack I bought any help will be greatly appreciated

Did you buy a used (stock) rack for your buggy? If so, it's a pretty simple swap. Just take those filler strips off, and bolt down the new rack.

Also remember to apply some silicone onto each bolt to prevent any water running into the truck from roof.

I already purchased a Baja rack and all I'm looking for is the 2 bars to slip the rack in with the 5 hole patterni just didn't know if the bolts will line up thanks u

The crossbar's do not bolt into the roof. The crossbars have towers that slide in the tracks that are bolted onto your roof. Should be pretty easy to find a used OEM rack if that's what you want.
