After much thought, I’m selling my +/-4 year old Gobi Stealth rack.
Asking $1100 OBO.
Does NOT include ladder, as I don’t have one.
I took the rack off a couple of months ago, as the mounts were peeling and beginning to show some rust, and was going to do some refinishing and recoat it, but since I’ve had it off I’ve realized I haven’t been using it that much the past year, and can live without it, as I hope to buy a pickup in the next year or so.
Sale includes:
- Gobi Stealth multi-light roof rack
- Gobi fairing
- Has sunroof cutout (no filler panel)
- All mounting hardware and tools that came with it when purchased
- Two crossbars
- 3 awning mounts
I might even have some extra butyl rubber somewhere to help you seal around the mounts before installing, and can throw in some 3M adhesive stripping to put on your roof below the wind fairing to avoid scratches on your roof.
As noted, there is some slight peeling of the powder coating and light surface rust on the roof mounts and the awning mounts.
No big gouges or dents in the rack itself.
Save some money and avoid the wait by doing some easy refinishing on this one vs. buying new.
Located north of Pittsburgh, near Zelienople, but work south of Pittsburgh, near Canonsburg, and could load it on my trailer to meet somewhere in that area. You would need a truck to haul the rack, or maybe if I have time, you could stop by and we can install in my garage….I’ve just been crazy busy at work lately, and really don’t know when I’d be available.
