What OME lift setup did you choose? Why not the rear shocks? Try using Photobucket, there shouldn't be any size problems. I'd really like to see what it looks like.

Congrats on the lift and hopefully your question gets answered after you post your pics. Some people say the diff drop is not needed for this lift

BUT....

I put one on and most do for added security and to stop premature wear. I choose to return the angle closer to stock. Just my opinion but many others share it.

So you should be fine to drive just do the drop ASAP to give you peace of mind.

do the diff drop

Install the front diff drop if the angles are concerning you.

Cheap insurance and not expensive.

I have an unused -extra one laying around. Make you a deal if you think you want it. (From Toytec-they are local to me)

Which 3" lift did you get? Spacers or coils up front? Which coils? I have the 3" OME from Toytec with the diff drop. I have the 881 springs up front with the Toytec top-out spacer. I'll get a picture or two when I get home from work.

PICTURES

Here are the pictures I promised. FWIW, I have already replaced one inner cv boot. It was leaking slightly before the lift, and completely tore after. I have been offroad but not too much in the way of articulation. I think it helps a little, and when I ordered it with my lift it was only like $20 extra.
