3" OME lift + FJ 17" Rims = What Tire?

My FJ rims are shipping from the powder coating/PVD shop tomorrow. I still haven't chosen tires. Can I go with something like the TG in 285/70/17 on these rims without a spacer?

Something good for running around and light trails. If I need to spend the $200 on spacers I will.

I've read and searched and am sooo confused...

I think I've seen a couple of people running those on FJ wheels without problems but you may have to buy spidertrax spacers if they rub the UCAs.

If you look in the 4th gen Suspension FAQ sticky thread it should say everything you need to do. Probably have to do some trimming for 285s, and most likely body mount chop.
