30" lightbar to replace factory fogs on a 97

Well looking to replace my nonworking factory fog with a 30" light bar from exploration outfitters. Budget is around $300 so I'm thinking either Zero Dark Lighting - 30" 10 Watt Single Row CREE LED Light Bar | Exploration Outfitters or Zero Dark Lighting - 30" Dual Row CREE LED Light Bar | Exploration Outfitters. Any input on either of these?
