I'm in North West Florida, and the fog is thick in the early morning. I just got in the New 2011 T4R and turn on the defroster, hit the backwindow wiper, and nothing happened. I checked the fuses and they were very happy. I then called the dealer for an appointment. The receptionest met me at the service center, and asked me to show her where the back window button was. I told her it was on the gear shift island next to the arm rest box. Then she put the window down and then back up and BAM! the wiper and defrosters were working again. SO all of you newbys out there make shure all of the windows are rolled up tight b/4 you call for help! Zi/
