Hard to believe I've put 30k on this truck already. Have been following the prescribed factory maintenance schedule and performed all recommended services at the dealer for the 30k, including cleaning the crank case, replacement of all filters, throttle body cleaning, MAF cleaning, flushed front/rear diffs, brake fluid, transfercase flush, etc. Any recommendations moving forward will be appreciated.
In addition to changing all the front lighting to HID/LED I had pleasurable experiences with both C4 Fab and Expedition One for the bumpers. Ordered both in a raw finish and hand them powder coated locally so the tone and textures would match.
My installer is already giving me crap for not remembering to order a winch for the C4 Fab bumper, so that's coming up even though I have no immediate plans on doing any serious over-landing.
It was also really easy working with Expedition One. I wanted something as close to an oem look/feel as possible so we stripped as much as we could from their twin swing-arm bumper design and the only real options I added were the ports for lighting. Will be replacing the front fogs and adding rear spots through Baja Design.
Anyways. That's it for now. Over 30k the only real issue I have is the on-board bluetooth system not functioning smoothly and will often reset when I'm streaming and a call comes in. I believe the dealer has addressed/reset it enough to call it a lemon but may just have the entire unit swapped for Apple Car Play from the 2019s.
