30K Service - What's missing?

Maybe not a complete 30K; but had rear diff, plugs and oil change today. First tme posting pics, hope it works. Can anybody tell me if they forgot to put a part back on? Looks like something might of been here, but I don't know what, if anything. Oh and this Wix 51348 filter looks tiny. Put in NGK (6619) LFR6AIX-11 Iridium IX Spark Plugs and Red Line 57904 (75W90) Synthetic Gear Oil along with some Mobil 1 Synthetic 5-30.

Pretty sure nothings missing. I dont think that threaded hole is used.

Thanks. I couldn't remember, but it looks like some fingers were there today and since they had to remove the cover it was possible not all the pieces were put back.
