30x9.5r15 tires on stock 3rd Gen wheels. Will it work?

So I was looking at tires for my 4R and being only 16, I had to get the tire choice cleared by my mom. So she made me go to Pep Boys to get quotes. We ended up getting 30x9.5x15 Futura Scarmbler A/P 2's. Haven't had them mounted yet. They will be shipped to the shop later this week. My question is, will these tires fit on the stock 3rd gen rim? I've only seen 1 person on the entire forum running this set up. And it's on a 99 2WD Runner. I would've gotten the 31x10.5x15 but the pep boys salesman said they would rub. I knew they would but I was planning to pound the weld to eliminate that problem. I'm just trying to confirm that we didn't order these tires for a wheel that they won't fit on. The pep boys idiots seem to know more about my car then I do in my mothers eyes. I haven't seen any Runners with this setup. I'm just hoping they will go on and I won't have to get blamed for ordering tires that don't fit. Lol. Any help?

I was running 31s stock without any rubbing. You'll be fine!

Thanks for your reply! I know the 31x10.5s will fit. But I'm worried that the 30x9.5s won't fit on the stock wheel. I know they'll fit in the wheel well with no rubbing. But will the sit correctly on the stock 15in Toyota wheels without any issues?
