3d gen window washer light

i just bought a 99 runner w/ 100,000 KM ( 60,000 mile) on it and is in great shape. other than the gas mileage, i can not get rid of the dash light with the window washer symbol on it. YES the tank is full and ive checked fuses and removed the tank and cleaned the contacts, ive removed the battery cable overnight to no avail. suggestions????????????

I guess I'll let mine run out and see if it works.
