Is it possible that I have an 3F-E and not a 3VZ-E in my 94 4runner? I have seen different information regarding the thermostat location. The manuals state that mine is in the place where the 3F-E's should be.
Just follow the top main radiator hose to the engine block and it' sthere. Doesn't matter which engine. Basically been the same on all the cars I have ever owned.
It doesn't look like that Kid. The reason I ask is that Hanes has a good photo of the cold start injector switch location for my 3VZ-E, but they state that it is in the 3F-E thermostat housing pictured which feeds a number of water temp devices.
