So, I am finally home from deployment in Afghanistan and have, piled in my living room, lots of goodies ready to go on the 4Runner.
Here's the list...
Sonoran Steel 1.2 Lift
Sonoran Steel Rock Sliders
Pro Comp 7069 (flat black) 16x8 (x5)
Pro Comp Xtreme AT 285/75/16's (x5)
Baja Rack Full Length w/ tire carrier and hi-lift mount
Gobi Rear Ladder
Morimoto 6000k HID conversion
LED's for Map lights, Dome, and License Plate
ARB Taco Bull Bar
XRC-8 Comp winch w/ Synthetic Line
Clear Corners
Gamiviti Clear Lenses for ARB
Full Set of Weathertechs (black)

Okay, so let's get this thing started.... I'll have a few slow days of family time and install some of the smaller projects, but next week the show really starts...

(Picture is from the day I bought it)

Day one

So, my family is in town, but I was able to find a little bit of time to install a few of my new toys
-WeatherTechs installed
-Gobi Ladder
-HID's
-DRL Mod (it was so easy that I was sure I must have done something wrong, works great though)
-Running Boards removed

Now its time to get some dinner and have a few much needed beers

I'm in Camp Lejeune/ Jacksonville, NC.
The sun finally went down and I'm loving the HID's...pure white.

Welcome back man. Semper Fi!

Not only is your sleep schedule jacked up, but now your probably excited to put on your mods... good luck sleeping!

Welcome back brother! You wouldn't be a Geiger Tiger by chance? Your ride is looking sweet. I can't wait to see how it develops.

I passed through geiger back in the day for ITB, but I'm just getting back from my second tour in Afghanistan.

Well, I stopped in autozone after some mcgriddles at mcdonalds this morning and grabbed a k&n air filter a 4" deckplate, soldering iron to fix my clock, and some fuel injector cleaner.
I put in the k&n and fixed the clock with help of the tutorials section on here. I'll be doing the deckplate mod tomorrow. I'll post a couple of boring pictures as soon as I get the chance...
I'm kinda busy right now so I gotta go... sitting on the beach drinking a bourbon and sweet tea :D

Alright, alright... Enough skylarkin! All I want to see are @$$holes and elbows!

JK! Take some time for yourself brother. But get to work, cause I'm living vicariously through all of you here on the boards. Work/kids/RL (take your pick) are keeping me from doing anything. That and not having the rig I want to dump money into yet.

Take lots of pics buddy. Can't wait to see what another Jarhead is going to do.

So I installed the deckplate... Not too difficult. I put some screen behind it and sealed it with marine grade sealant and six screws. I also installed an optima yellow top and did the air box elbow removal mod while I had the box out! Overall, a pretty productive day.
Accelorator feels more responsive and feels like I've got a little more power. Can't complain.
