Hey guys. My 97 4runner has 3inch daystar lift kit. I bought it like that. And I believe it's just spacers over the stock suspension. I was curious if I wanted to make it more modern and smoother what should I look into ? What type of suspension kit ? For front and rear ! I will go ofroading but not hardcore. Mostly daily driver. It does have 33 tires on right now. But like I said the suspension is stock. Maybe anyone is willing to sell a used set up ? Coilovers ??? I want to keep my 3inch lift.

Since I have day star 3inch spacers. Do I need to get anything else or could I just get this full kit and use my spacers ?

If you have 3" spacers you don't want to add them to anything else. Unless you modify the front, the CV angles are getting too high past 3" of lift. If a kit requires spacers they will be small spacers, so you can't reuse your spacers unless you use stock height springs.

I don't know what size spacers they use, someone else will have to chip in there. I would guess it's a 1/2" spacer resulting in an inch lift meaning the coils alone give 2" of lift.

It's a 1/4" topout spacer resulting in 3/4" of lift. They are used on the 881's to net 3". I used them on my 882's.
