3m outside mount tape coming off

Hello
I my passenger side AVP rain visor is coming undone any ideas how can I fix it or can this be considered a warranty item since it was installed by the dealer?

One of mine cracked a couple of days after I installed them and the dealer just ordered me a new one. All the tape is is double sided 3M tape- you can buy a piece of it for cheap and just cut it for fit the part that is coming undone. This worked fine for me- if you take it to a dealer I would assume they would just put more adhesive on it.
