3rd gear lockup with 3 different trannys.

1999 and runs fine. Swapped tranny 3 times without a cure.

Stays in 3rd and does not down shift after full stop. Ideas?

This could be the result of a bad harness or broken wire to the #1 shift solenoid. Or a bad ECM, which i doubt..
With the info on the link below you can back probe the S/S-1 wires at the trans plug and ecm to test this theory.
