I have a 2000 4runner with the "newer" style bumper. Just took it off because I have a new tube bumper welded on. Comes with brackets and bolts. Also comes with turns signals but one does have moisture inside.

I had my OEM bumper on here for like a month and only interest involved shipping. I put mine on Craigslist on Monday and had the thing sold on Tuesday. I would recommend putting it up on CL if you haven't already...good luck man!
