3rd gen center console pieces and cup holder

When i first got my 4runner it was missing a couple of pieces from the center console area. I picked this up for parts, and have had these left over sitting in our "parts dept" since.

It has the spot for the rear cup holder and climate control, but these are no longer with it.

$20 or best offer/ trade ... local pick up is preferred, but I don't have a problem shipping it if you want to pay to ship it.

I have a manual trans and wanted to see if anyone knew if I could get this console to work from the 2000 + vs my 1997 manual console.

I have a 96 model. If I did the console swap, do you know if the heater controls and cup holder from my present console would work? If so, I'd like to by it. I'll do a search in the meantime to see if I can find out for sure.
