Retrofitting is recommended for these headlight as theyre RHD beam pattern and you'll blind drivers in the US.

For retrofits only. Beam pattern is for RHD. Glass is also ceramic coated.

jdm rundown vs. usdm
-head light buckets are internally adjusted vs usdm. The headlight will always be fit and flush with the front grill and head light filler panel at any alignment. USDM headlights are aligned as a whole unit which sucks if your retrofit is aimed improperly.
-no triple nipple. these glass lenses are flat and clean.

right headlight floor has chrome peel. my suggestion is to cover it with vinyl like i planned. ive done it on my previous retro like this...

Many of you have wondered what the difference is with the usdm counterpart. it is very different and here are some comparison pics with my own hilux surf headlights and a usdm headlight.

the biggest difference is how the light bucket is adjusted. jdm headlight will always be flush and fit. also no triple nipple action on the glass.

My personal headlight retrofit (not for sale). This is a retrofit into the Hilux Surf headlight housing with Morimoto D2S 5.0 and Panamera 2.0 LED switchback shrouds.

Do you have pictures of the entire front of your vehicle with what the retrofit looks like? I am looking for a factory looking retrofit for mine, trying to avoid the bugeye look.

There really isn't a way to hide the bug eye look with any retrofit on our 3rd gens. I also wanted the "oem" chrome reflector look. imo, my retrofit looks stock enough from afar.

Are you asking if i have a USDM headlight housings? No, but you can buy cheapo-depo headlights to retrofit. These are OEM Toyota Hilux Surf headlights that need to be retrofit for LHD 3rd gens.
